You have probably heard that resumes for today's job market must be more than a listing of past employment and education. Your resume needs to sell YOU! Please do not ask for a "Generic Resume" or a one-size-fits-all-job announcements resume. Generic resume=generic results. None of my clients are generic. Do you want generic results? I want my clients to get the interview, the job, and the highest pay possible. A generic resume will not target the employer. Most likely you will not be selected as the best qualified to interview.

What is the fee for these cutting-edge, top-notch services? First, think about this: everyone has different employment history, skills, achievements, education, and target audiences. Should everyone pay exactly the same price no matter what their needs are? I do not think so, therefore, the scope of work, fee, and strategy varies from client to client and from job announcement to job announcement. This kind of attention to detail is what you can expect.  

Before I can quote you a fee, I will need to analyze your most current resume. If you do not have a current resume, you may request worksheets ($50 up front fee, but this is deducted from the price of the project). This process will ensure we are writing a marketing tool that targets the position(s) you are seeking and guarantees your satisfaction. After I receive this information, I will email the quote to you.

I write it right the first time! Sure you can pay 'cheap' rates elsewhere, but why pay to have it done over when you can have it done right the first time, save time, save money, and land a job—faster! You will get tremendous value from my work. I like to thoroughly understand your needs so expect some collaboration, input, and working together. Most of our communication can be done via email so you can review and provide input when it is convenient for you! If you are successful, I am successful! To be fair to you, fees are based on the individual work that needs to be done. Stand alone resume fees can range from $350 for college graduates to $850+ for Federal senior executive service resumes.

Career management packages start at $995 and include the social resume, LinkedIn profile, Federal and/or private sector resume. THE PROCESS

1. Email your most current resume. Put any missing information that needs to be updated in the resume into the body of the email, or separate attachment. Please put the closing date/deadline in the subject of the email.
2. If you are applying to the Federal government, I ask that you send me your top 3 choices of announcements to review. It takes approximately 2 hours to do a full review and analysis of 3 announcements, your resume, develop a strategy, and write the quote. If you are applying in the private sector, please send me up to 3 links to jobs you really want to apply for. This helps me understand your target audience.
3. If you are sending the job announcements from www.usajobs.gov, PLEASE go into the announcement, click on SHARE JOB, and send them to me at: Camille@ccCareerServices.com.
4. After you receive the quote, all you have to do is complete one form, fax it or email it to me, and pay with your credit card through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Your project will then be scheduled and you will be on your way to reaching your career goals!

I will analyze, review, and email a quote to you, along with the Request for Services Form. Please allow 2-3 business days for the quote. Please write the deadline date in the subject of the email as well as the subject of the email, i.e., job announcement title or services needed.

To ensure you receive timely service:

• PLEASE do not send the announcement number in an email because I want to ensure I am analyzing the same announcement you would like to apply to. Many announcements have the same number.
• PLEASE do not copy and paste the URL into the email. To ensure I am reviewing the right announcement, please send from the SHARE JOB button on the right side of the screen.
• If you do not have a job announcement, I will need to know your target audience—company(ies), and/or job titles you are targeting. Also, please do not send a blank email with just your resume. Please tell me what you need, who/what you are targeting, and where you are in the job search process so when I review your information, I will have the information I need. Emails with no subject line automatically route to the spam folder.
  
• Rush Fees—an additional 25% fee is incurred for any project requiring less than 7 business days. BE PREPARED for that next job announcement by having your resume "all but done." I can do 80-90% of the resume without the job announcement, but will need the job announcement to make your resume MOST EFFECTIVE. Be proactive and schedule your project now! Federal deadlines are becoming shorter.
