Thank You and Follow-Up letters are just as critical, if not more critical, than the Cover Letter! Think about it for a moment. You got the interview with the resume, feel great about the conversation that took place in the interview—now is your chance to really show them you can do the job! However, you should be thinking about this letter before you ever go to the interview. You need to be prepared to ask questions that will not only help you determine if you want the job, but to help you outline a plan of attack to GET THE JOB! Your competition is intense and this could be what really seals the deal.
